  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • International Shipping: Not available at this time.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delays may occur during high-volume periods.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight/dimensions

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

Free Shipping: May be offered for promotions (details noted at checkout).


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fees apply)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Track your package via the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • To correct an address, contact us immediately at michael@babesbitesfood.com. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact your local carrier first. We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery.

  • Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging to arrange a replacement or refund.
