This Shipping Policy applies to all merchandise orders placed through babesbitesfood.com. By purchasing merchandise from our Site, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Areas & Processing Time
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
International Shipping: Not available at this time.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delays may occur during high-volume periods.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Package weight/dimensions
Destination
Selected shipping method (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
Free Shipping: May be offered for promotions (details noted at checkout).
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after processing:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fees apply)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Track your package via the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
To correct an address, contact us immediately at michael@babesbitesfood.com. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact your local carrier first. We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery.
Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging to arrange a replacement or refund.
