All merchandise sold by Babes Bites Food Truck on babesbitesfood.com is brand new and sold “as is.” By purchasing our merchandise, you agree to the following refund terms:

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that arrive defective or damaged during shipping.

  • Incorrect Items Shipped: If you receive the wrong item due to our error, we will provide a return label and issue a refund or replacement.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • General Returns: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

    • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color selected).

    • Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (if applicable).

3. Refund Process

To request a refund for eligible items:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging

  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

4. Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
